BOOKINGS:To determine the appropriate level of teaching for your children we will need to assess their ability. These assessments are provided FREE as part of our service. Once your children are enrolled into the correct level, their lesson will be on the same day and time each week during the NSW School Term, excluding Public Holidays.

Our qualified pool deck supervisors will constantly monitor your child’s progress to ensure they are in the best class for their ability. When the children are ready we will promote them to the next level.

HOLIDAYS: We run a School Holiday Program during each holiday period of the year. The duration of the programs will vary depending on the term, so please see our friendly reception staff for bookings and further information.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: Each student is eligible for a maximum of 2 make up classes per term. All make up classes must be taken within the same term as the missed lesson.

SWIMMING FEES: are upfront payments at the beginning of each school term. Please remember to do this TWO WEEKS prior to the end of each term in order to hold your place in the Program. Credits will be offered based on individual circumstances at the discretion of the Manager.
